MEET ERIN
Erin Boyle, owner & founder of Del Aesthetics, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner based out of Delray Beach, FL. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her Master’s degree from Georgetown University, where she graduated top of her class with honors. She has extensive experience working in the ICU, in Ear Nose Throat, and in Plastic Surgery. She’s been trained by top plastic surgeons in the country and has years of experience in practicing aesthetic medicine – specifically with cosmetic injectables.
Erin strives to be the best at what she does by constantly learning, growing, and demonstrating innovation, commitment, & excellence within the aesthetic community. While she is truly passionate about making people feel good in their own skin, her love for what she does is deeply rooted in the relationships she gets to build with you all.

Whether you’re looking to enhance your skin with a rejuvenating facial, receive personalized skincare consultations, or develop a customized treatment plan designed to address specific concerns, Rachel is here to guide you on your journey to healthier, radiant skin.
Rachel will also be assisting Erin during injectable procedures, ensuring that every patient enjoys a comfortable, smooth, and positive experience. Whether you’re receiving dermal fillers, Botox, or any other injectable treatments, Rachel’s gentle and professional assistance ensures you feel at ease throughout the entire process.

Meet Morgan
After working behind the scenes for the past two years, we are thrilled to officially introduce Morgan, our Practice Administrator & Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Del Aesthetics! Morgan is the primary point of contact for all scheduling needs—whether booking appointments, getting patients on the schedule, or following up. This means patients will have the opportunity to connect directly with Morgan, putting a face to the name when reaching out to Del Aesthetics. Morgan plays a vital dual role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our practice while delivering exceptional care to our patients. In this role, Morgan oversees administrative functions, manages staff, and ensures compliance and HR standards. Morgan also serves as the Weight Loss Care Coordinator, supporting patients throughout their weight loss journeys with personalized care and guidance. Additionally, Morgan provides individual therapy to help patients navigate life’s challenges, improve their mental health, and achieve personal growth.

Meet Jules
We are excited to welcome Jules as our new Front Desk and Administrative Assistant at Del Aesthetics! As the first friendly face you’ll see upon arrival, Jules’ warm and welcoming demeanor is sure to make you feel right at home. In addition to her front desk duties, Jules will play a key role in managing a variety of administrative responsibilities of the practice, including scheduling, meeting coordination, report preparation, data analytics, and communication. With a background in sales and marketing, and a keen eye for aesthetics, Jules is ready to bring her passion and expertise to our team!

Meet Mandee
After spending the summer with us in-office at Del Aesthetics as a medical assistant/content creator, Mandee will be managing our social media full-time as she embarks on an exciting new chapter—moving to Hawaii! Mandee, a recent FSU graduate with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, is 22 years old and ready to bring her creativity and passion to our team from afar.
